We are so happy to announce that we are back open for business from Wednesday 2nd December. We’re chomping at the bit to get our hands on your tresses to get you looking fabulous for Christmas and also to see all your lovely faces again.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Before we can confirm your appointment there’s some Covid19 Health and Safety protocol we have to go through…

1/ If you have tested positive for Covid 19 please do not book an appointment until 2 weeks after your test date.

2/ If you or anyone in your household are experiencing any symptoms, please allow 2 weeks before booking your appointment or let us know ASAP if you need to cancel a pre booked appointment. (Minimum 48 hours required unless it an emergency).

3/ Could you be considered high risk or are there any underlying health risks that you would like us to know about in salon? (If yes- Please let us know and we will arrange an early morning or late night appointment when the salon is less busy)

4/ How are you feeling about being back in salon? Let us reassure you – here’s what we are doing to keep you safe…. social distancing, hand cleansing stations, constant cleaning of equipment and styling stations, sterilised gowns, limited drinks facilities in take out cups, desk screens, no magazines, staff PPE.

5/ We require all clients to wear a mask, no wardrobe facilities, keep jackets and belongings with you during your appointment.

6/ The money bit… DEPOSITS – We are charging £40 for colour deposits and £20 for cutting across the board.

BOTH OUR SALONS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE VERY SAFE PLACES TO VISIT

WE ARE COMPLYING WITH ALL REQUIRED SAFETY MEASURES AND MORE…

*Social distancing measures, meaning we are using less seats and working at 60% of our normal capacity.

*Salon health and safety measures including training, risk assessments, protective screens, extra cleaning equipment etc

*PPE – our staff will be wearing masks AND visors/goggles (and gloves when needed)

*Hand sanitising stations throughout both salons.

*We ask that you bring a mask to your appointment and respect social distancing at all times.

*Track & Trace QR codes are available to scan on entry

*Please inform us if you are feeling unwell or are worried in anyway about being in the salon environment due to the anxiety that returning to normal life post lockdown may inevitably bring.
